We always have regular scheduled calls with you. During those calls, we will cover our standard items to make sure you know what’s going on with all aspects of property operations. If an issue is urgent, we will notify you immediately.
You will receive a monthly reporting package detailing not only the financial aspects of property operations, but also Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) necessary to monitor the health of your property.
