Strategic Partner

The Company was founded by Mr. Kenneth A. Gee in 1997 with the acquisition of a small, twenty-eight unit apartment building near Shaker Square in Cleveland, Ohio. Since that time, KRI has evolved into a full-service real estate company that offers real estate management services, due diligence services, bookkeeping services, contract repair and construction services, court-appointed receivership services, and real estate consulting services. As a company, we have owned and/or managed more than 4,000 apartment units and tens of thousands of square feet of office space, collectively worth more than $500 million. Our management team has collectively managed more than 15,000 units.

Our core business principals are centered around commitments. We take those commitments very seriously.
