K.R.I. Properties is currently in need of team-oriented, high energy people to help us achieve our success. We have the following opportunities:

On-Site Property Custodian/Manager
This position is a part-time position requiring approximately 10-20 hours per week. Qualified candidates must live on-site at one of our apartment communities. Duties will include cleaning, light maintenance, coordinating new resident move-ins, and general responsibility for dealing with resident issues. You will also be required to be on call to handle resident emergencies. Compensation will include complimentary suite rent. Other compensation will be commensurate with qualifications. Prior property management experience is not required, but would be preferred.

Maintenance Technician
This position is a full time position. Qualified candidates should have good property maintenance skills including knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, and other general maintenance skills. Successful candidates should have the ability to be flexible and be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's qualifications. Although living on-site at one of our apartment communities may not be a requirement, it would be preferred.
