Employment Opportunities

K.R.I. Properties is currently in need of team-oriented, high energy people to help us achieve our success. Available positions may be full or part time, depending on the size of the property. Qualified candidates must be highly motivated and may have the opportunity to live on-site at one of our apartment communities. Successful candidates should have the ability to be flexible and be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Generally speaking, we have the following positions available.

On-Site Property Custodian

Duties will include common area cleaning, vacant apartment cleaning and usually some light maintenance (changing light bulbs, etc.). Compensation is dependant on the size of the property and may include a full or partial rent credit.

Maintenance Technician

Qualified candidates should have good property maintenance skills including working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, and other general maintenance skills. Candidates may be required to handle on call resident emergencies during non-business hours. Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's qualifications, property size and may include a full or partial rent credit. Although living on-site at one of our apartment communities may not be a requirement, it may be preferred. 

Property Manager

Responsibilities will likely include coordinating new resident move-ins, coordinating work orders, coordinating market ready suite preparation and general responsibility for dealing with resident issues. Candidates may also be required to be on call to handle resident emergencies during non-business hours. Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's qualifications, property size and may include a full or partial rent credit. Prior property management experience is not required, but is generally preferred.

Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities will likely include touring prospects through our properties, handling telephone and email leasing inquiries, following up with prospects and coordinating marketing efforts. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, property size and may include a full or partial rent credit. Prior leasing or sales experience is generally not required.
